Returned Device(s) must be in original packaging and have all additional accessories/assembly parts included.
We cannot return tanks, coils, drip tips, E-liquid, pre-filled pods, accessories or replacement parts.
We do not do any returns for leaking, spitting, water-damage, E-liquid Damage, or devices malfunctioning because of user error.

You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your purchased product to us, all shipping costs are non-refundable. For any exchanged product, you will be required to pay all shipping costs for us to ship the replacement product to you.
We cannot offer any guarantee or assurance whatsoever that any returned products shipped to us using third party shipping services will, in fact, be received by us. All shipping of returns and exchanges, are at your own risk and expense. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary, so we suggest using a tracking service to ensure no errors arise while shipping your product.
