Starting January 1st, 2020, the rate of PST in British Columbia has gone up from 7% to 20%, and GST (5%) will be charged on top of the subtotal and PST. Effectively, the total tax for vapour products in British Columbia is 26%. 

The Government of British Colmbia’s tax increase is part of their initiative to curb youth vaping in our province. No other provinces have a taxation increase, as of now, it is only British Columbia.
